1. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a Consumer purchasing a Product from our online Store, you have the statutory right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, take possession of the Product.
If your Order contains several Products that are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you take possession of the last Product.
The right of withdrawal applies to our ready-made handmade collectible models. The fact that a Product is handmade or individually finished does not, by itself, exclude the statutory right of withdrawal.
2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period.

Your withdrawal request should clearly identify the Order and indicate that you wish to withdraw from the sales contract.
You do not have to provide a reason for your withdrawal.
You may use a standard withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. Any clear statement informing us of your decision to withdraw is sufficient.
3. Returning the Product
After informing us of your withdrawal, you must send the Product back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

The Product should be securely packaged so that it is adequately protected against damage during return transport.
We recommend using the original packaging whenever reasonably possible, particularly because our models are delicate collectible items.
However, the absence of the original packaging does not, by itself, remove your statutory right of withdrawal.
4. Cost of Return
The direct cost of returning the Product is borne by the Customer, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
The original delivery charge paid when the Order was placed will be refunded to the extent required by applicable law.
If you selected a delivery method that was more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us, we are not required to refund the additional amount resulting from your choice of the more expensive delivery method.
5. Condition of Returned Products
You may handle and inspect the Product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
You may be responsible for any reduction in the value of the Product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Because our Products are handmade collectible models, we strongly recommend handling them carefully and keeping all protective packaging until you have decided whether to keep the Product.
6. Refunds
Once you validly withdraw from the contract, we will refund the payments received from you in accordance with applicable law.
The refund will normally be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to another method.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned Product or until you provide evidence that you have sent the Product back, whichever occurs first.
Once the returned Product has been received and the applicable return conditions have been verified, we aim to process the refund within 3–5 business days.
The time required for the funds to appear in your account may additionally depend on your bank, card issuer or payment service provider.
7. Damaged Products on Delivery
If your Product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately after discovering the damage.

To help us investigate the situation, please provide, where possible:
• photographs of the damaged Product;
• photographs of the external packaging;
• photographs of the internal packaging and protective materials;
• a description of the damage; and
• any other information that may help us assess what happened during transport.
Please keep the Product and its packaging until we have completed our assessment, unless we instruct you otherwise.
We may inspect or arrange an inspection of the Product and the shipment before determining the appropriate resolution.
If the damage is confirmed, we may provide a replacement Product or a refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
If a replacement is agreed upon, we will cover the delivery cost of the replacement Product.
These procedures do not limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
8. Products That Are Not in Conformity with the Contract
If a Product is defective or does not conform to the sales contract, you may have statutory rights under applicable Polish consumer law.
These rights are separate from the voluntary 14-day right of withdrawal described above.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, statutory remedies may include repair or replacement of the Product and, where legally applicable, a reduction in price or withdrawal from the contract.
Where the law requires us to bear the costs associated with a statutory remedy, we will do so.

Please provide your Order details and describe the issue with the Product.
Photographs or other information may be requested where reasonably necessary to assess the reported issue, but such requests do not restrict your statutory consumer rights.
9. Handmade and Unique Nature of the Products
Every PRACOWNIA RZEŹBIARSKA model is handmade, individually finished and painted by a craftsman.
Our models are created with a strong focus on detailed reproduction of historical vehicles and aircraft. Because each model is handmade, individual characteristics may occur from one piece to another.
Two handmade Products may therefore not be absolutely identical.
These characteristics are part of the nature and craftsmanship of our Products and do not constitute a defect where the Product otherwise conforms to the contract and its description.
The unique handmade nature of our Products does not remove the Consumer's statutory right of withdrawal for ready-made Products purchased through the Store.

If you wish to obtain a different Product rather than receive a refund, please contact us.
Because our Products are individually handmade and offered in limited quantities, an exchange is subject to Product availability.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights.
